CANCELLATION POLICY
- The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract early with 3 months' notice to be communicated in writing.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION

- The lease is temporary and the property is granted for a period of 1 month to a maximum of 18 months for temporary needs. The documentation necessary for drafting and signing the contract is the following:
o Temporary reason: Employment contract, University acceptance letter or similar
o Tax code
o Identity card/passport

The prices shown are for 1 person. It is possible to rent the room for 2 people at the following rates:
Monthly rental price for 2 people: €755 per month
Monthly expenses price for 2 people: €220 per month

Administrative expenses €100 to be paid at check in
Final cleaning expenses: €80 to be paid at check in
The mandatory final cleaning service includes a bed and bathroom set
Expenses item Other to be paid each month: they include condominium expenses and monthly cleaning of the common areas

DEPOSIT

The security deposit must be paid within 48 hours of arrival to the current account indicated in the confirmation email.
