La cucina in comune è uno spazio ideale anche per condividere momenti con gli altri residenti. Inoltre vi è un'area studio e socializzazione condivisa vicino all'ingresso.
L'appartamento è composto da 5 stanze SINGOLE, ognuna arredata con un comodo letto da 140x200 cm, offrendo un rifugio accogliente e privato per studiare e riposare.
Per la sicurezza degli studenti l’impianto elettrico è certificato e delle pellicole di sicurezza sono state applicate sui vetri. È presente un internet veloce ed un WiFi che copre tutte le stanze, consentendo agli studenti di rimanere connessi per tutte le esigenze di studio e svago.
- Inquilini: la casa é composta da studenti o giovani lavoratori 20-28 anni. Si tende a mantenere un'occupazione divisa equamente tra inquilini di genere maschile e femminile.

La stanza è dotata di letto ad una piazza e mezza, armadio 3 ante, scrivania con portaoggetti, comodino, specchio, scarpiera, divanetto relax ed ha accesso ad un balconcino condiviso con la stanza adiacente.
I colori delle pareti favoriscono il buon umore e aiutano nello studio.

- 90€ per 10 mesi di affitto dal 1° settembre al 30 giugno.

Il locatore accetta solo prenotazioni da parte di studenti di età compresa tra i 18 e i 29 anni.

SEMESTRAL:

- from September 1st to February 28th
- from March 1st to August 31st

ANNUAL: from September 1st to August 31st.
For shorter periods the following surcharge applies:

- 50€ for 11 months rental from September 1st to July 31st
- 90€ for 10 months rental from September 1st to June 30th

The Landlord only accepts bookings from students between 18 and 29 years old.
