Renovated in October 2020, the apartment ensures a pleasant stay with modern amenities. Despite its location on via Massarenti, one of the main routes to the city center, the property remains exceptionally quiet thanks to state-of-the-art fixtures. House rules include no smoking, adherence to occupancy limits, and respectful behavior toward neighbors. Guests are responsible for any damages incurred during their stay. Check-in is between 16:00 and 19:00, and check-out is between 08:00 and 11:00.

For security, guests staying fewer than 30 days must provide a €300.00 pre-authorization with a valid credit card, while those staying longer than 30 days must provide a €1000.00 pre-authorization.

The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
