I am looking for international female students who would like to live in my shared house.
This share house is very close to Yonsei university,Ewha,Seogang Uni.
and It is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from SHINCHON Station on Subway Line 2.

Deposit
1,000,000KRW
The security deposit is refunded when you move out at the expiration of your contract. The final month's rent and management fee are taken from the security deposit.

Rent
400,000KRW~550,000KRW

50,000 KRW (includes utilities, cleaning, and internet)
🌀Additional Utility Fees**
Summer (May, June, July, August, Sep): +30,000 KRW/month (for air conditioning)
Winter (Nov,Dec,Jan,Feb,Mar ): +40,000 KRW/month (for heating)

1,900,000 KRW ～2,200,000KRW for  3months
From the end of May to the end of Aug
(all utilities included)

3 months stay available.(From the late May or the beggining of June to the late Aug for korean language school summer term)
For a 3-month stay,the rent will be 1,900,000KRW ~2,200,000KRW for 3 months( including all of utilities and management fee)
The rent must be paid in full upfront, and the security deposit is 500,000 KRW

No elevator in the share house building.

water purifier, rice cooker, toaster, microwave, Gas Stove, plates, Frying pan, freezer in the kitchen.

Shawer room, toilet.

●No pets allowed.
●No smoking inside the building.
●No entry for outsiders.

My husband and I always maintain and keep this shared house clean.
