The detail of the fireplace, the lighting and the color palette used, only shows the care with which it has been decorated, obtaining an elegant and cozy atmosphere at the same time.This avant-garde space has 3 large windows that allow the entry of natural light, and also serve as access to the terrace overlooking Paseo de Gracia, where you can enjoy a coffee in the morning while enjoying the privileged view of the imposing Casa Batlló.
The modern and sophisticated kitchen is independent, with a central bar that serves as a space for quick meals. The kitchen has been fully equipped with all the appliances needed to cook from the day of arrival to the apartment, such as ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and even has a heated wine cellar. Next to the kitchen, you will find a modern guest toilet.
The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms. The first bedroom is spacious and very comfortable, en-suite and has a full bathroom with shower; it also has a desk and dressing area. The second bedroom is bright, as it has direct access to the balcony. The third bedroom is also a suite, but in this case, it has a luxurious bathtub, perfect for relaxing during the day; it also has a balcony and a desk.
A fourth room equipped as an office, is the ideal place to study or work at home.
The building has a doorman. The apartment has laundry area and is equipped with alarm, air conditioning and heating.

Its location is unbeatable, in the heart of Paseo de Gracia, this is one of the most famous and luxurious commercial and tourist avenues of the city. A few minutes walk away we find the most famous houses of the architect Gaudí: La Pedrera and Casas Batlló.
Being one of the best areas of Barcelona, it has all the services such as supermarkets, restaurants, bars, cafes, etc.. In addition, Plaza Catalunya, the heart of the city, is located at 6 minutes walking distance.
The nearest metro station is "Passeig de Gracia" (L2/L3/L4), where you will also find connections with train lines.

LOCAL TAXES (I.T.P.): 0.5% of the total reservation (Monthly cost calculated as "other" in the Rent summary. The total amount will be collected before the check-in).
