Les Arts Studio B es un estudio encantador, idealmente ubicado en el centro de Barcelona, al lado de Las Ramblas, y el mítico Mercado de La Boquería.
Consta de un salón-comedor con sofá-cama y acceso a un agradable balcón, cocina americana totalmente equipada, un baño completo que dispone de plato de ducha y una habitación con cama de matrimonio en la planta inferior. A modo dúlpex, cuenta con una pequeña buhardilla compuesta por una cama de 1.20m.

Disfruta de una excelente ubicación en el céntrico barrio del Raval, una zona casi peatonal, a sólo 150 metros de la calle más famosa de Barcelona: Las Ramblas, y de la línea verde de metro (parada Liceu). En este barrio encontrarán el histórico mercado de La Boquería, el prestigioso MACBA Museo de Arte Contemporáneo, muchas galerías de arte, librerías con encanto y muchos bares, restaurantes y terrazas.

Además, se encuentra a escasos metros de una parada de FGC, estación de RENFE, Aerobús y varias paradas de metro que conectan con L3 y L1.

Les Arts Studio B is lovely studio apartment ideally located in the heart of the historic Raval district, just off the famous Boquería market.
The loft is set on a fourth floor building with elevator. The clear living room with sitting and dining area includes also a very well-equipped open kitchen. The bedroom (mezzanine) has a double bed and a wardrobe where you can arrange your personal belongings.

Raval district is a colourful neighbourhood, where many communities live together in a vibrant atmosphere. It is also a neighbourhood where many prestigious museums have settled: the impressive MACBA Museum of Contemporary Art, the CCCB, the Liceu Opera, and traditionnal the gorgeous Boquería market. Walking along you will find many art galleries, original libraries, designers’ shops, and typical restaurants and bars.

The green metro line (Liceu stop) is on Las Ramblas, at about a 2 minute walk. 5 minutes away, you will find the central Plaza Catalunya; here you will find the major transport connections: the green and red underground line, the regional trains (Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat) and the bus stop to the airport, Aerobus.
