A beautiful 25 m² flat with a private terrace and access to the garden.
The garden is to be shared with the other occupants of the house.

The completely furnished and renovated flat is composed of an entrance hall with a clothes cupboard, a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and 2 cooking rings), and a double bed.
There is also a private bathroom of 16m² with a shower and a toilet.

In addition to this beautiful private flat, you can enjoy, if you want, a beautiful common space on the first floor to share in coliving with the other occupants of the house.
The common area and the stairs are cleaned weekly by our team.
Charges include gas, electricity, water, internet, TV, and cleaning of communal areas.

For rentals of less than 6 months, the price is increased by 20%.
If the room is rented by a couple, the amount of utilities must be doubled.

Le jardin est à partager avec les autres occupants de la maison.

L'appartement entièrement meublé et rénové est composé d'une entrée avec penderie, d'un séjour avec cuisine entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur, cafetière, grille-pain, bouilloire et 2 plaques de cuisson), et d'un lit double.
Il y a aussi une salle de bain privative de 16m² avec une douche et un WC.

En plus de ce bel appartement privatif, vous pourrez profiter, si vous le souhaitez, d'un bel espace commun au premier étage à partager en coliving avec les autres occupants de la maison.
L'espace commun et les escaliers sont nettoyés chaque semaine par notre équipe.
Les charges comprennent le gaz, l'électricité, l'eau, internet, la télévision, et le nettoyage des parties communes.

Pour les locations de moins de 6 mois, le prix est majoré de 20%.
Si la chambre est louée par un couple, le montant des charges doit être doublé.
