1 single furnished bedroom on the ground floor. Garden, bathroom and kitchen to share with one other woman.
Rent: 600 EUR for 1 room. Including all bills such as water, electricity (moderate use), cooking gas, central heating, internet etc.
The apartment has 2 single rooms. For the 2 single rooms the price is 1200 EUR.
