The modern studio apartment "Verkehrshaus IV" offers an all-round comfort on 25m2. The apartment is equipped with three beds, consisting of two single beds and a sofa bed for one person. The modern kitchen is equipped for three persons with crockery, cutlery and pans, has two hotplates and a combination appliance, which can be used both for baking and as a microwave. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, mirror cabinet, hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Bath towels and bed linen are provided.

In (hidden)ment there are washing machines and dryers for tenants of our apartments. Wi-Fi Internet and a TV are available free of charge for business or pleasure.

You live centrally on the Lucerne Allmend, yet many leisure and recreation facilities are available in the immediate vicinity. Lucerne railway station, the old town and most of the sights are two kilometres away and can be reached by tr(hidden)us, on foot or by car in no time at all.
