Matosinhos Ocean Flat V consists of the junction of a T1+T2 that share a patio, ideal for moments of conviviality and lunches or dinners outdoors.
Together, 8 people can be accommodated comfortably. The T1 has a capacity for up to 3 people and comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed, a double sofa bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower. The duplex has a capacity for up to 5 people and consists of 1 bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, a double sofa bed and a bathroom equipped with a shower.
This accommodation is ideal for large groups or families. With about 100 m², the accommodation has a privileged location, a 5-minute walk from Matosinhos beach.
If you are travelling with children or babies, you can request one or more cots for the comfort of the young.
You can find in both kitchens and living rooms refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, crockery, cutlery, various cooking utensils, coffee maker, toaster, juicer and electric jug.
Each accommodation is equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, 2 Tvs, satellite TV and air conditioning. Near the building you will find parking space.

Located right in the centre of the city of Matosinhos, this accommodation offers in its surroundings all the means to make your experience more welcoming.
Just leave the accommodation and find, a 5-minute walk, the beach of Matosinhos that features an extensive beach, beach cafes and water activities such as surfing. The building is surrounded by shops and restaurants, as well as several parking spaces. The flat streets allow for pleasant walks.

Please note that we do not have a reception in the building, so it is necessary that you inform us of your arrival time in advance.
