Located in a building with typical architecture, it offers an authentic local experience in the heart of bustling Alfama. Here, you will find Lisbon's most typical and historic neighborhood, with proximity to the Fado Museum, National Pantheon and various other historical sites. The area provides a variety of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Note that due to the presence of a nearby bar, this is not the best choice for noise-sensitive guests.
Alfama is a lively and bustling neighborhood, particularly on weekends. It's also a primary location for the annual Santos Populares festivities that occur throughout the month of June. Therefore, please be prepared for increased activity and potential noise during your stay.
While the street directly in front of the building is limited to pedestrian traffic, the main road is just a short distance away, approximately a 2-minute walk.

This 484-square-feet apartment (45 square meters) is located on the third floor (no elevator) of a renovated building on one of the most traditional streets in Alfama. Please note that access to the apartment is via steep stairs. The apartment has a bright and cozy feel, offering all the comfort for a stay in the heart of the city. It is ideal for couples or small families looking to enjoy pleasant days in Lisbon, with all the city's main attractions and incredible viewpoints within walking distance.

The apartment features a mezzanine-level bedroom with a double bed, which is accessible via steep stairs, and air conditioning.
→ Living Area
The living room is equipped with a television, a sofa bed, a double bed in the kitchenette area, a dining table for four, and a balcony that offers a view of the traditional street below the apartment.
→ Kitchenette
The kitchenette is fully equipped with fridge, cooktop, microwave and coffee maker (coffee not included), as well an air conditioning unit.

The apartment has a bathroom with a shower.

→ Keep in mind that Alfama is a vibrant neighborhood in Lisbon, and the apartment is situated directly across from a local bar. For this reason, we do not recommend it for individuals who are sensitive to noise.
→ The property is Self-Catered. Complimentary hygine basic items are provided for your arrival day, such as first-day toiletries, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered on a welcome basis only - replacements or re-fills are not provided.
→ Bed and bath linen are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in the reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, additional bed and bath linen will be provided for free at the check-in.
→ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers the check-out cleaning only. Extra cleanings or fresh linens can be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be done with at least 24 hours in advance.
→ Check-in time starts at 14:00. Only one set of keys will be provided.
→ We are obligated by Portuguese law to collect our guest's Passport information.
→ Check-out must be done until 11am. Before leaving, please place the keys in the lockbox.
→ During the stay, the guest is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the property's keys. Please avoid leaving them in the lock or mailbox. In the event that a specialized technician is needed for door opening or in case of damage to the key and/or lock, the costs associated with this service will be the responsibility of the guest. In case of key loss, a penalty will be applied.
→ The property is equipped with noise decibel monitoring sensors. This system performs advanced analysis while ensuring the privacy of our guests, as no cameras are used, and no sound is recorded. Only noise levels are measured, thus guaranteeing the tranquility and comfort of everyone during their stay.
→ Crib and baby chair are available upon request and subject to an extra fee.
→ Monthly consumptions are included up to €150.
→ City Tax will be charged according to the law. This Tax will only be applied for the first 7 nights.
