Affittiamo una villa liberty del 900 piano rialzato in via Piano di Gallo con ingresso indipendente e terrazzo con affaccio su giardino di esclusiva pertinenza e posto moto.
Il villino fruisce di un ampio terrazzo attrezzato con grande tavolo in ferro battuto e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto e con divanetto e comode sdraio per prendere il sole. Gli ospiti possono altresì utilizzare un altro angolo relax nel giardino ad uso esclusivo fronte prospetto con comode poltroncine e tavolino Vi è a disposizione un barbeque.
La villa è stata ristrutturata e presenta dettagli preziosi come la deliziosa veranda liberty, i pavimenti con decori dei primi del '900 e arredi d'epoca. Internamente la villa è cosi composta living room dove troviamo un tavolo per 6 persone allungabile, 2 divani (di cui uno trasformabile in letto) due poltroncine e tv. Il disimpegno dà accesso alla camera da letto matrimoniale con esposizione sul prospetto, alla seconda camera da letto matrimoniale/doppia, al bagno con doccia e cucina corredata di tutto il necessario, con affaccio su piccolo vano esterno utilizzato come ripostiglio e lavanderia. Completa l'abitazione una deliziosa veranda liberty con affaccio su giardino e cameretta con letto singolo.
La pavimentazione è originale nelle stanze, mentre i servizi sono tutti rinnovati pompe di calore e wifi.
ZONA
In via Piano di Gallo a pochi minuti a piedi dal Lungo mare di Mondello con le sua bellissima spiaggia bianca, dallo Stabilimento la Torre e la caratteristica piazza.
La zona risulta ben servita dalle attività commerciali di diverso genere ( alimentari, supermercato, farmacia, tabacchi, abbigliamento,ristoranti ecc)

We rent out a 19th-century Liberty villa on the raised ground floor at Via Piano di Gallo with an independent entrance and a terrace overlooking an exclusive garden area and a motorcycle parking spot.
The small villa features a spacious terrace equipped with a large wrought iron table and chairs for outdoor lunches and dinners, along with a small sofa and comfortable sun loungers for sunbathing. Guests can also make use of another relaxation area in the garden, exclusively for their use, facing the front facade, with comfortable armchairs and a small table. A barbecue is also available. The villa has been renovated and boasts precious details such as the delightful Liberty-style veranda, early 20th-century decorated floors, and antique furnishings. Internally, the villa comprises a living room with a table for 6 people (extendable), two sofas (one of which can be converted into a bed), two armchairs, and a TV. The hallway provides access to the master bedroom with a front-facing view, the second double/twin bedroom, the bathroom with shower, and the kitchen equipped with everything necessary, overlooking a small external space used as a storage room and laundry area. Completing the house is a charming Liberty-style veranda overlooking the garden and a small single bedroom. The flooring is original in the rooms, while the services are all renewed with heat pumps and WiFi.
AREA
Located on Via Piano di Gallo, a few minutes' walk from the seafront of Mondello with its beautiful white beach, the La Torre beach club, and the characteristic square. The area is well served by various commercial activities (groceries, supermarket, pharmacy, tobacco shop, clothing stores, restaurants, etc.).
RENTAL CONDITIONS:
In the case of a company contract, the rent will be increased by 30%.
