This welcoming and functional two-room apartment situated in the central Sallustiano neighborhood, renowned for its authenticity and proximity to Trevi, offers convenience and charm. The well-equipped kitchenette features a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, microwave, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, electric boiler, and all necessary cutlery and crockery. A dining table with 4 chairs completes the living area.
A small hallway to the right of the living room leads to the bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom, furnished with a double bed (twin beds), two bedside tables, wall-mounted television, large wardrobe, and chair, ensures a comfortable retreat. The bathroom boasts sanitary facilities, a walk-in shower, and a closet containing the washing machine.
The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
