Renovated in 2007, the apartment exudes classic Italian charm and warmth. Upon entering, guests are greeted by the inviting day area, featuring a cozy sitting corner with a single sofa bed, a dining area with a table for 4, and an open-plan kitchen equipped with all the essentials.
The bedroom, bright and sunny, provides a peaceful ambiance with its double bed, closet, and a window overlooking a charming pedestrian-only street characteristic of the neighborhood. The bathroom is equipped with a stall shower and a washing machine for added convenience.
Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire apartment and are welcome to utilize the fully-equipped kitchen during their stay. Additionally, both initial and final cleaning costs are included in the rental, providing added convenience. Moreover, utility bills are covered up to 70,00€, offering further value and peace of mind during your stay.
The cleaning fee includes: check-in in person with an employee who will be available for all the stay to assist the tenant, one towel and linen change per guest and final cleaning. Additional cleaning services are available upon request with an extra fee.
