The 35 sqm apartment is stylish and comfortably furnished. It has a comfortable queen size bed (1,60m x 2m). There is a table with two chairs and a kitchenette with fridge, hob, microwave, kettle and coffee maker. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. Hair dryer, towels and bedding are available. A small balcony is also for you to enjoy.A TV and free WiFi are also available.On request a weekly cleaning, towel and bed linen service is available for € 66,00 per week.City-Tax: since 01.12.2014 the city of Cologne charges a culture promotion tax (bed tax) of 5% of the rent. The building is situated in the Pantaleon Neighborhood, quiet but right in the center of Cologne. The perfect starting point to explore all of the city.
