We are planning to travel around the world for about 11 months and therefore want to sublet the apartment with a big balcony and a very nice view into the green.
The apartment is located in a calm area nearby a nice park and several grocery stores (f.ex. Globus, Lidl, Bauhaus).
Electricity, water, internet, GEZ and all operating costs are included in the rental price.
