The Penthouse Apartments Duo offer the comfort and the privacy of your own home as well as the service of a hotel.
They are modern furnished and include everything that is necessary for your move to Berlin: WiFi, a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, frdidge, cooking plates, Nespresso machine, dishes, kitchen utensils, a private bathroom with shower, a seperate bedroom with queen size bed and a living room with sofa and TV (including GEZ fees),
The Penthouse Apartments Duo are on the 5th floor and have a small balcony / terrace. An elevator is available.
In the house there is a laundry (for a fee) and an underground car park (for a fee).
A communal garden and a roof terrace can also be used.
