Our Penthouse Apartments are modern and offers everything you need for living in Berlin: WiFi, fully equipped kitchen corner with oven, frdidge, cooking plates, Nespresso machine, dishes, kitchen utensils , TV (including GEZ fees), as well as a comfortable single bed and a private bathroom with shower.
The studios are on the 5th floor and have a small balcony / terrace. An elevator is available.
In the house there is a laundry (for a fee) and an underground car park (for a fee).
A communal garden and a roof terrace can also be used.

Unsere Penthouse Apartments sind modern eingerichtet und bieten alles, was man zum Leben in Berlin braucht: WiFi, voll ausgestattete Küchenecke mit Backofen, Kühlschrank, Kochplatten, Nespresso-Maschine, Geschirr, Küchenutensilien, TV (inkl. GEZ-Gebühren), sowie ein bequemes Einzelbett und ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche.
