The Apartment Duo Komfort offers the comfort and the privacy of your own home as well as the service of a hotel: It is modern and newly furnished and includes everything that is necessary for your move to Berlin: WiFi, a fully equipped kitchenette with hotplates, stove, refrigerator, Nespresso machine, dishes and kitchen utensils, a living room with sofabed and TV, a bedroom with cosy bed, a bathroom with shower.
The apartment is on the ground floor, facing the backyard garden.
In the house there is a laundry (for a fee) and an underground car park (for a fee).
A communal garden and a roof terrace can also be used.

Das Apartment Duo Komfort bietet den Komfort und die Privatsphäre eines eigenen Zuhauses sowie den Service eines Hotels: Es ist modern und neu eingerichtet und beinhaltet alles, was für Ihren Umzug nach Berlin notwendig ist: WiFi, eine voll ausgestattete Küchenzeile mit Kochplatten, Herd, Kühlschrank, Nespresso-Maschine, Geschirr und Küchenutensilien, ein Wohnzimmer mit Sofabett und TV, ein Schlafzimmer mit gemütlichem Bett, ein Bad mit Dusche.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss, mit Blick auf den Hinterhof Garten.
