Facilement accessible depuis Paris, cette Casa de Choisy-le-Roi comporte de nombreux espaces distincts, favorisant l’intimité et la convivialité. Cette grande maison dispose d'un jardin arboré de 300m², sans vis-à-vis et avec une terrasse équipée pour profiter des beaux jours.
Baignée de lumière grâce à de grandes baies, la salle-à-manger est la pièce maitresse de la maison. En son centre trône une grande table en bois recyclée de 3m de long, idéale pour profiter de longs dîners entre amis. Mitoyenne, la cuisine spacieuse permet de cuisiner sans se marcher dessus. Les deux salons, situés de l'autre côté de la maison et au rez-de-chaussée, offrent la possibilité de se retrouver en plus petit comité. Les étages sont réservés aux chambres pour garantir intimité et tranquillité!
La chambre
L’harmonie d’une vie en communauté repose sur le bien-être de tous et le respect de la vie privée de chacun. Dans nos Casas, chaque partie privative dispose d’une chambre avec sa propre salle de bain, pour davantage de confort et d’intimité : lavabo, miroir, douche avec paroi vitrée, WC, sèche-serviettes. La chambre, fermée avec un code personnel, est équipée d’un lit double de 140 cm, avec matelas de qualité de la marque française Tediber et espace rangement en dessous, d’un bureau en bois massif et métal avec sa chaise assortie, d’un grand miroir en longueur et d’une armoire avec penderie. Vous êtes ici chez vous : cet espace est le vôtre, sentez-vous libre de le personnaliser avec vos meubles et votre déco !

Easily accessible from Paris, this house in Choisy-le-Roi has many distinct spaces, favouring intimacy and conviviality. This large house has a 300m² garden with trees, with no overlooking and a terrace equipped to enjoy the sunny days.
Bathed in light thanks to large windows, the dining room is the masterpiece of the house. In its centre is a large 3m long recycled wooden table, ideal for long dinners with friends. The spacious adjoining kitchen allows you to cook without stepping on each other. The two lounges, located on the other side of the house and on the ground floor, offer the possibility to meet in smaller groups. The upstairs is reserved for the bedrooms to ensure privacy and tranquillity!
The bedroom
The harmony of a community life is based on the well-being of all and the respect of the privacy of each person. In our Casas, each private area has a room with its own bathroom, for more comfort and privacy: sink, mirror, shower with glass wall, toilet, towel dryer. The room, closed with a personal code, is equipped with a 140 cm double bed, with a quality mattress from the French brand Tediber and storage space underneath, a solid wood and metal desk with its matching chair, a large full-length mirror and a wardrobe with hanging space. This is your home: this space is yours, feel free to personalise it with your own furniture and decoration!
