The Stadtpark and the Alster are within walking distance and are always perfect for jogging or walking. For shopping stroll along the canal. The popular weekly market (Goldbekmarkt) takes place three times a week on Goldbekplatz. Many small shops invite you to stroll and shop. Many legendary, cozy and trendy restaurants, bistros, bars and cafes characterize the hood. At Connys kiosk there are unbeatably delicious, homemade cakes. That has to be mentioned. The apartment itself is quiet and has two lovely rooms offering comfort and a relaxed, stylish interior. We furnish the way we live. So we made this place a better home.

The living room offers an area for relaxing, watching TV, thinking and talking, with a sofa and armchair (will be delivered in January), pleasant light sources and a large flat screen.
The working area invites you to concentrate while looking out of the window.
There is also a spacious, modern and, by the way, incredibly cool kitchen, with a view of a spacious, green courtyard. Of course, the kitchen is well stocked. The hob has an extractor in the induction field.
The modern bathroom has a floor-level, semicircular shower with an additional overhead shower.
In the bedroom you will find a large and extremely comfortable bed. There is enough space in the fully mirrored closet as well as additional chests of drawers.
