Our cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-kept apartment building in the lively Neugraben-Fischbek residential area. The apartment has a large living room/bedroom, an open kitchen, a dining area and a new bathroom with shower and toilet.

LIVING, SLEEPING, OFFICE & DINING
The spacious apartment is approx. 33 m² in size. There is a new kitchenette in the entrance area of the apartment. The practical kitchenette includes a sink, a work surface, a stove and an oven. The refrigerator has a small freezer compartment. Right next to it you will find the dining area with a dining table and two comfortable upholstered chairs. The dining table can be enlarged by a further 40 cm. Here you can comfortably eat your meals or enjoy your first coffee of the day.
Opposite the dining area you will find the living area. A comfortable sofa, a cozy carpet, a pretty sofa table and a TV table with a TV invite you to a cozy movie evening.
A small office and work area separates the living area from the sleeping area. Here you will find a practical desk with a beautiful wooden worktop. A comfortable desk chair and a small desk lamp enable long days in the office until late at night.
In the sleeping area you will find an attractive and comfortable double bed, which offers enough space for up to two people. A practical wardrobe offers you plenty of storage space. There is a fluffy carpet runner in front of the bed so that you can start the day with warm feet in the morning.
You can close the two large windows with the thick curtains. Enjoy a restful night's sleep and maximum privacy.
The new bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a sink as well as a mirror cabinet. The bathroom is functionally designed and offers you the usual comfort. A launderette can be found in the area.

The “Rostweg” and “Fischbeker Heuweg” bus stops are almost in front of the door (approx. 200 m). The next U/S train “S3 Fischbek” can be reached in approx. 1 km. The next supermarket “PENNY” can be found in approx. 250 m. Various fitness studios and restaurants can be found in the neighboring HH Neugraben.
