Excellent location, just 3mn walk from KaDeWe and the Wittenbergplatz, this bright 3-room apartment is located on the 5th floor (out of 6) in a quiet residential side street of the Ansbacherstr.
Composed of 3 rooms:
- 1 bedroom and the living room overlook a quiet and sunny garden with a balcony ( connected to the living room).
- The 2nd bedroom, the kitchen and the bathroom overlook the Ansbacherstr. (see floor plan)
The balcony can be a source of inspiration in summer for those who wish to work from home or have a coffee. It has chairs, small table and plants.
Despite the fact that the street is quiet, it is very close to many cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and supermarkets of any type. Kadewe is 100m away.
The appartmemt is located in between Victoria Luiz Platz and Wittenbergplatz.
The Tiergarten is close by if you like to exercise or walk.

It is located on the 5th floor and there is a lift. The neighbors are very quiet and the apartment is in good condition (was repainted and new flooring was installed in February 2020).
Internet speed is 1000 Mb (Vodafone cable).
TV includes an apple TV device and additional channels provided by Vodafone (Giga Set plan).
