Each of our ultra-modern 1-room apartments is exclusively equipped with:

- Laundry rack
The apartment also has a very spacious bathroom with a barrier-free shower and shelf (including towels).

- Refrigerator with freezer compartment
- coffee machine
- electric kettle
Washing machines and tumble dryers are available for free use in the utility room of our new building. A monthly basic cleaning of the apartments is included in the price.
