Zusätzlich zur wohnungsinternen Waschmaschine gibt es auch einen Waschkeller, wo nicht nur eine weitere Waschmaschine zur Benutzung frei steht, sondern auch ein Trockner.

Zahlreiche Buslinien sowie die U4 und Tramlinien 16 & 17 sind fußläufig in 5min zu erreichen. Mit der U4 ist man in 20min in der Innenstadt am Marienplatz. Für einen tollen Jog oder Sonntagsspaziergang im Englischen Garten sind es nur 15min mit dem Bus. Supermärkte wie z.B. Rewe als auch eine Vielfalt an Cafés, Bäckereien, Restaurants (Hans im Glück, Sushi, Bayrische Kost..) und Grünanlagen liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. You will find a big double bed in one of the bedrooms, the other one is equipped with one bunk bed and one single bed which you can easily transform into a double bed. The couch in the living room works the same way making sure you have lots of space for your guests! You have cable which you can watch with the brand new TV that can be connected to your laptop & Co. too. The balcony shows towards the inner yard so you can peacefully enjoy your summer evenings.

Additionally to your washing machine inside the flat, you can use the laundry cellar including a dryer.

Lots of bus lines, as well as U4 and tram 16&17, are located within 5min reach. Taking the U4 you will arrive at the center (Odeonsplatz, Marienplatz) in 20min. For your regular run or a cozy family walk on Sundays, the English garden is just 15min away (by bus). Top supermarkets like Rewe are around the corner; many diverse restaurants, cafés, bakeries and parks in the area. The Arabella Park that is quite popular among locals is just 300m away. Luxurious hotels like the Sheraton as well as several gyms are also around the corner.
