The apartment is located in a quiet side street in a central location of Karlsruhe. It is bright, friendly and modern and stylishly furnished by the landlady. It has W-LAN and TV. The two rooms are furnished as follows. Room 1: double bed, wardrobe, desk, room 2: a pull-out coach, wardrobe and dining table with chairs. Both rooms have a beautiful view of a well-kept garden. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher and washing machine) and a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There is also a cellar room and a locked bicycle room. The house has an elevator. The apartment is on the 1st floor.

The apartment is very central and yet quiet. The transport connection to bus and train is very good. Shops for shopping, restaurants, cafés etc. are in the immediate vicinity. Many cultural and leisure facilities are within walking distance. For example,
- the ZKM Museum and cinemas about 10 minutes
- European court, Gunther Klotz facility, sports facilities (basketball, tennis courts, table tennis, volleyball)
or that
- Europabad are only about 15 minutes away.

80% of all tram lines stop at the stations "Mühlburger Tor" and "Lessingstraße" (line #1, #2, #3, #6, S1, S2 & S5) and can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. Thus, Karlsruhe main station and all trains can be reached quickly.
