Casa Elias V is a residence in the center of Lisbon with eleven (11) rooms and three (3) bathrooms, oriented towards students and young professionals. It is located between Saldanha, Alameda, and Campo Pequeno (Entrecampos)

The rooms are furnished with a complete bed and set of sheets, duvet, and pillow with cover, bedside table with lamp, wardrobe, chest of drawers, desk with bench and dustbin. In-room TV is available on request.

The common area has a dining table with chairs and access to the clothesline. There is unlimited wireless Internet throughout the house, and cable TV in all rooms and in the common area. The house is cleaned twice a week by the cleaning staff.

The kitchen has three (3) refrigerators with a freezer, stove, oven, and microwave and is fully equipped with crockery, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans, and a set of knives.

This location allows the house to benefit from a varied local commerce network, making use of a Continente supermarket, mini-markets, cafes, restaurants, butchers, pharmacies, banks, and is just a step away from the Monumental cinema (Dolce Vita), the Atrium Saldanha, Saldanha Residence and Picoas Plaza.

In a few minutes, it is possible to reach the metro stations of Saldanha (Yellow and Red Lines) or Alameda (Green and Red Lines). The house is in a central location, which allows you to be served with a wide range of public transport with connections to all parts of the city, including the airport: metro, bus, and taxis!

All expenses are INCLUDED in the final price (Internet, cable TV, electricity, water, gas, and cleaning) up to 40€ per month. We provide contracts, and monthly receipts within the scope of the law, and assist in obtaining Visa Residencies.

Utilities are included until EU 40,00 per month. In case this amount is exceeded, payment of the excess amount must be made separately.

The monthly rent should always be paid entirely. Even if the tenant enters the room on a day different than the 1st of the month, or leaves on a date different than the 30th of the month.
