The renovated 1-bedroom apartment is on the 1st floor of a typical Athenian downtown building, situated right in the heartbeat of Athens. It consists of a colorful living room which is a couch that unfolds to a 2bdle bed, the work desk, a small library, and a 32” TV. The living room has also a private small terrace with a direct view of the neighborhood street. The kitchen is situated right next to the living room and is fully equipped for you to prepare a delicious Greek dinner! Next to the hallway is the spacious bathroom where you can find a stylishly refurbished shower and a washing machine. The last part of the apartment consists of the master bedroom with a double bed, a big closet, and a private balcony to the backyard of the building. Due to its big windows which allow natural light to come in the apartment is really bright!

Goudi is a centrally located neighborhood, popular for its hospitals that are located within its vicinity. During day time you can meet a variety of people, from businessmen to medical school students who run to catch their morning classes, since the Athens med school is around the corner. Its upbeat character will keep you hooked since there is never enough time to enjoy all the cozy cafeterias in the area!

The apartment is 10 minutes away from the American Embassy and “Mavili” square from where not only the metro but also busses pass by! Next to Mavili, there is “Megaron Mousikis” where a plethora of cultural events and concerts takes place! The Byzantine Museum, Acropolis, the Acropolis museum, Plaka, Monastiraki flea market, as well as Lycabettus hill, and all the upbeat Athens neighborhoods, are easily reachable by metro and foot.
