This luxurious apartment ideal for corporate travelers, expats, and monthly rentals, has a 180sqm surface several balconies. M(hidden)edroom has a double bed & an ensuite complete bathroom with shower plate, whereas the rest of the bedrooms have: - double bed. - two individual beds. - two single beds. Regarding toiletries, and as per hotel industry standards, you will find soap, gel & shampoo for you first stayover night. The house has an independent american kitchen, which is fully equipped with every needed home appliances (fridge, oven, microwaves, dishwasher, glass ceramic), cookware and kitchen utensils for cooking and, most important, enjoying doing it. The flat also has: working desk, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, hair dryer and iron. Furthermore, you will also find a washing machine . You also will have a space which can be used as dining rooms or living room, with all necessary material to feel just like at home. The living room has a two sofas and smart TV with HDMI input. There is a central heating system installed to make sure you never get cold in winter days. As for the summer, you will have a split AC equipment . WiFi connection is also installed. We make sure everything is well prepared for a perfect stay. Supply expenses, WiFi, water, electricity & heating, are covered by your accommodation as long as it does not exceed 400€/month. Same as its neighboor La Latina, Antón Martín's steep, narrow and irregular streets preserve its medieval origin, as this area was outside the city walls when Madrid turned kigdom capital in 1561. The neighborhood has maintained its popular atmosphere and its corralas (blocks built surrounding a central patio) over time. Few meters away from the apartment, you will find Antón Martin market, one of the stablishments that rencently joined the gourmet market trend. Fresh products and a large variety of multinational food (Spanish, Japonese, Italian, Mexican...) characterizes this market, which is definetely worthy to visit. On its surroundings you will find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, pharmacies & banks. Nevertheless, even though Malasaña neighborhood is located few steps away from the most touristic attractions in the city, it is perfectly connected to Madrid business area.
