Sunny apartment with a beautifully designed interior and fantastic location on one of the most picturesque avenues of Barcelona. This elegant Eixample residence boasts 3 precious bedrooms: a double with 2 single beds, a charming single with a playful design and vintage clocks, and a master bedroom with a cozy double bed, huge wooden closet and access to a balcony as well as to an en suite bathroom with shower. A long hallway, decorated with multi-colored ladders leads to another bathroom with a bathtub and gorgeous beige tiles, as well as to a fully-equipped kitchen with U-shaped marble counters. At the end of the hallway you will find the lovely living room, bathed in sunlight flooding in through the balcony doors and softly lit with top quality lighting at night. We love the smooth tile floors and matching wooden table in the dining area, whose walls are adorned with a collection of mirrors and a colorful mosaic with a vintage Italian theme. The lounge area features a vibrant combination of colors: a bright white designer corner couch, custard-yellow coffee table, and turquoise TV stand.
By choosing this exclusive accommodation, you will find yourself in the beautiful Eixample neighborhood, just a few minutes from the Rocafort metro station, the University of Barcelona and the historical district, Ciutat Vella. We recommend visiting the MACBA museum nearby, as well as the Magic Fountain for a spectacular light show in the evening. For a fantastic dinner on a terrace walk to Enric Granados, a street lined with wonderful bars and restaurants.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
- The rent will be collected on the same day of the month as the check-in date.
* If during the last month you stay less than 10 days after that date: you'll pay per extra day
* If during the last month you stay more than 15 days after that date: you'll pay one extra month

** From 10:00 p.m. at 8:00 am. you must be quiet. Parties not allowed. Smoking not allowed. If the police come to the apartment or the neighbors call the Government/Police, you will be evicted from the apartment and/or have to pay a fine.
- The apartment does not have any food (there is no coffee, salt, oil, sugar).
- We provide guests with a kit of welcome amenities (1-2 toilet rolls, neutral soap in small quantities - they are not for the entire stay). There are always towels and sheets.
