Rental condition:
-Monthly rate as from 12 months - 1180 €
-Furniture rental of 70 €/month
-Provision for the utilities charges of 210 €/month

Provision for the Monthly utilities charges : This provision is to cover the utilities charges (electricity, gas and water) for a standard use.

A final cleaning fee of 150€ (studio/1bedroom), 200€ (2 bedroom) or 250€ (2/3 bedrooms) will be charged directly to the tenant.

Please note that a walkthrough of the apartment will be organized at check-in and check-out with an independent company of expertise whereby the costs will be divided between the lessor and the lessee. The cost per partie for both inspections amounts to 242€. The sum of these expenses will be invoiced on the first rent invoice.

Cleaning upon request and charged separately during office hours: Upon request at rates of 75€ (studio/1 Bedroom unit),125€ (2 Bedroom unit), 175€ (2/3 Bedroom unit). Packages on request.

Parking “Arlon”: 150€ per month (subject to availabilities).

Security Deposit:
2 months rent of the apartment as a security deposit
This amount will be charged to you upon reservation. This charge will be released within 60 working days provided no damage is found evident to the apartment, all bills have been paid and that all policy procedures were met.
