Linen, towels, iron, an initial set of coffee pads, and consumables are included as well.

The business hub "Wienerberg City," one of Vienna's largest office and commercial business areas with corporate offices, hospitality, and retail space, is within close proximity and it also features a huge recreational area with parks and a lake.
