This fully furnished 1-bedroom apartment consists of a large living/dining room (26.7 m2) with fully equipped American kitchen, a large bedroom (13.6 m2), a bathroom with a large window and an entrance (see layout in pdf), for a total of just under 50 square meters. Heating and appliances are all electric. The apartment is up 4 flights in a walk-up building on a quiet street, the living room is to the south so there is lots of light while the bedroom is to the north on a courtyard, also rather well lit because the apartment is on the top floor. Among the furnishings are a bed of size 140cm x 200 cm, a sofa bed in the living room, a desk, tables, chairs, a TV, laundry (drying) machine and kitchen ware. There are numerous closets for putting things away. It is available from mid-February 2024 til July 20 2024.

The nearest subway (Metro, line 4) station, Alesia, is 3 min walk away. Denfert-Rochereau station (RER B, lines 6 and 4) station is 10 min away. Also many buses will take you in the center of Paris, Montparnasse or Paris suburbs very easily
The neighborhood has many restaurants, shops, a swimming pool, and movie theaters. Parc Montsouris in 10-15 min walk.
