For bookings starting from September onwards, the minimum stay is nine months, preferably extending to one year.

Room: Flex Premium is one of the budget-friendly options. It has a full-size bed, smart TV, and is separated from the rest of the suite with a smart bookcase system. It is only yours, in which you can enjoy full privacy together with quality furniture at a very reasonable price. It is significant to highlight that the bookcase system does not fully insulate the area and there is a little gap at the top of the partition area. Flex Premium is quite in demand for a couple of reasons. It is the best option in terms of price/performance ratio. It generally gets the maximum extent of natural daylight, and prone to have relatively good view.
