We are a corporate housing company based in Los Angeles since 2012 .Our furnished serviced suites come equipped with industry standard items for today’s modern traveler.

The Space:
This is our furnished 1BR suite located in Marina del Rey. This unit is located on the 3rd floor with an exterior facing balcony. It is a bright and airy unit with plenty of direct light in the morning and natural light in the afternoons.

Rent includes 2 assigned parking spaces (tandem) in our gated parking garage, gas, water, power, Wi-Fi (200 mb/s), cable tv (2 tvs in unit), Central AC, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, refrigerator, washer and dryer in unit and large walk-in closet, modern bathroom, hardwood floors with carpeted bedroom, 750 sq ft, no pets, no smoking inside the unit. The unit comes with a queen bed that sleeps 2 total occupants. There is a $300.00/month utility cap.-

You would be staying in the 2nd building of the 2-building complex. The complex is maintained by a friendly and professional staff. As our guest you would have access to both building amenities.

Booking requirements
1. Valid Government Issued ID/ DL/ Passport
2. Complete a "Residential Application" (via docisign) direct with our company for review and approval prior to booking
3. Income and Employment verification
4. All occupants must sign a "Lease Agreement" (via docusign) direct with our company

Third party bookings:
We do not allow third party bookings. Occupants must use/create their own Housing Anywhere account. You must be present at check-in. We do not release keys to third parties.

Identification:
Guest must have a valid government issued ID/Driver License
Foreign Nationals must provide valid Visa/Passport. You must be present at check-in as we do not provide keys to third parties.

Lease Extensions are based on availability and market rates.

Security:
There is an after-hours security patrol that monitors the high-definition cameras throughout the complex and parking garage. This is a key fob access-controlled community.
Noise Policy
We ask all our guest to be respectful and courteous to the residents and staff. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am. Noise complaints, drunk and or disorderly conduct will not be tolerated.
Pet Policy
There are no pets allowed in our units. We are Americans with Disability Act (ADA) service dog compliant.
Smoking Policy
There is no smoking of any kind inside our unit. You can smoke in the balcony with the door closed behind you. Smoking in the unit will result in loss of security deposit and other charges which will include new carpeting and painting of the unit.

We are off Lincoln Blvd and close to the 90 and 405 FWYS
