This apartment is dedicated to Joan Brossa and it uses the poet’s language and his notion of poetry as a game by placing typographic characters on the glass ceiling so that in the sunlight, shadows dance across the living room, over furniture and walls. Another multi-graphic piece, “Poesia” (Poetry), reminds us of the author’s fun-loving nature. A system of screens allows guests to enjoy natural sunlight, either directly or filtered, and by night take in the stars above their heads. The terrace is as comfortable as it is private and allows guests to take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate. The attractive bedroom with double bed includes a modern glass-walled bathroom. Additional guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom and kitchen are fully-equipped to make our guests’ stay as comfortable as possible. 15 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE HEART OF BARCELONATo visit the shops or the Modernista buildings on Passeig de Gràcia or on Avinguda Diagonal, the apartments are located five minutes away from either Jaume I or Barceloneta metro stations, where you can take Line 4 (yellow line). To go further afield, the Estació de França railway station is just around the corner. There are also several bus stops in the area and taxis can be hailed easily on Via Laeitana and on Passeig Colom. Plaça Catalunya, Drassanes, Barceloneta and the Ciutadella Park are all a 15-minute walk away.
