Apartment Daniel**** if fully equipped and it has a great location in Ljubljana center and across the Park Tivoli with all sports (indoors and outdoors) and nature...and center at your doorsteps. Slovenian main cultural and congress center Ivan Cankar and Presidents palace is just down the street together with all tourist attractions at your doorsteps.
You bring only your personal things, the rest is there already.

Price is 1111 eur for one person or a couple or two good friends... excluding the costs which are cca 150 EUR per month - price is calculated on 5 months stay minimum. For bookings shorter than 5 months, the owner booking fee will be charged as one time payment. For one month stay owner booking fee (preparing apartment, receiving new tenants, instructions, contract and formalities) is of 20% of monthly rent. For two months stay is of 15% of monthly rent. For three months stay is of 10% of monthly rent. And for four months stay is of 5% of monthly stay.

SPECIAL OFFERS are possible; so please let me know your dates and your budget...(this apartment is my home in winter time, after 15. octobre) and we will find best conditions for both sides.

Deposit is about one month rent. At the end of stay the apartment has to be perfectly clean otherwise we will have to charge the cleaning fee 150 EUR

Please note that this is a studio apartment, so you want to rent it alone or with someone that you know well, a partner or a friend. I have made new photos presenting possible setting for two people. So what you see is the same apartment with two different settings...or even more. Before your arrival please let me know what you need, thank you.

Apartment Daniel**** is my home in Ljubljana, but it is apartment for long term rent at the same time...

Settings: beds can be in main living room area or in low corner... for some privacy and than it can function as two bedroom apartment...but in fact it is studio. Please take a good look at the photos, thank you.
The central part of apartment is than used as working area... And living area is located closer to the entrance...
Different setting are possible depends on your needs...
