Bellissima Suite con divanetto ad uso singola con letto matrimoniale. Il letto è munito di cassettoni ove riporre indumenti o borse meno utilizzati. Un’ampia scrivania con mensola a muro ed apposita lampada per favorirne lo studio e la lettura, una libreria ed un armadio ampio con spazi organizzati all’interno anche per camice.

LOCATION
L’appartamento si trova in una zona tranquilla e riservata ed è stato pensato e creato con spazi armoniosi e organizzati che possano facilitarti nello studio.
Dista 600 mt dal Campus Universitario, 500 mt dalla stazione ferroviaria e 500 mt dalla bellissima piazza Saffi.
Vi si accede attraverso uno splendido parco di proprietà ed è sito al secondo piano con ascensore di un palazzo di pregio con quattro stanze singole e una Suite ad uso singolo, tutte le stanze con parquet ed è stato ricavato un ampio open space con cucina/zona in comune ed ampio balcone.
L’appartamento è servito da due bagni con doccia e WIFI in tutti gli ambienti. Le pulizie vengono effettuate 1 volta al mese negli spazi comuni.

Beautiful Suite with sofa for single use with double bed. The bed has large drawers where less-used clothing or bags can be stored. A large desk with built-in shelf and special lamp to encourage study and reading, a bookcase and a large closet with organized spaces inside including for scrubs.

LOCATION
The apartment is located in a quiet and private area and has been designed and created with harmonious and organized spaces that can facilitate your study.
It is 600 meters from the University Campus, 500 meters from the train station and 500 meters from the beautiful Piazza Saffi.
It is accessed through a beautiful park property and is located on the second floor with elevator of a prestigious building with four single rooms and a Suite for single use, all rooms with parquet floors and a large open space with kitchen/common area and large balcony.
The apartment is served by two bathrooms with showers and WIFI in all rooms. Cleaning is done once a month in the common areas.

Rent 475€/month all inclusive
