August was quite quiet when no new residential projects were launched. Nevertheless, September will start with the launch of a luxury apartment project in District 2 called Q2 Thao Dien by Frasers Property after the brilliant success of D'edge by Capitaland - the leading luxury apartment project in HCMC market launched in quarter 3 of 2017.
