Our community manager is there to help you learn about the neighborhood, answer questions about Miami, and to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Friendly community members are always around too, so it's easy to meet new people and make plans to explore Miami like Little Havana. Hispanic culture permeates everything in Little Havana - colorful murals, monuments to heroes past and present, elderly men playing dominoes as they discuss politics and cigar rollers deep at work amidst On the last Friday of each month, Little Havana hosts Viernes Culturales, or Cultural Fridays, a monthly gallery night showcasing the cultural arts scene of the neighborhood. Little Havana offers a taste of multicultural Miami at its best.
Or Brickell: Brickell is a dense, high-rise residential neighborhood with many upscale, luxury condominium and apartment towers. Brickell Avenue, Brickell's main north-south avenue and along Miami Avenue, home to many popular Miami restaurants, shops and places of entertainment.

The idea
From the early 1950ies onwards, the dream was a suburban home, a corner office and shopping at the mall. All connected by big highways. And for good reasons - for the first time in history a large segment of society had a safe space to express themself and their individuality.
Slower than expected, because society needs time to catch up with new possibilities. But 10 years after Skype was introduced and long-distance flights became commonplace, people started realizing that they have completely new options. And questions.
Over the last few years, a couple of people started piecing together incredibly rich, location independent lives.
We want to make this lifestyle available to the next generation. Curious people, the 27-year old freelancer as much as the couple in their late thirties as much as the empty nesters who finally want to go see the world.

In our place we want to close that gap. Everything from the architecture to the technology we use is aimed at fostering connections. Among members living with us and the communities that surround each of our lo-
cations. We bring neighbours in and make it easy to find the best things around us. Inclusivity and diversity is not something we wrote on a whiteboard once. It’s who we are. And maybe compared to others we’re also a bit less about transcendence, more about just being who you are.
