The chalet is very private, and not at all overlooked. Rowington is a small village with a pub/restaurant within a stones throw of the property. Nearby is the Stratford-upon-Avon Canal with many walks to a variety of great pubs and restaurants. Located conveniently for Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, NEC, and Birmingham. The property is furnished to a high standard. The space There is an outdoor table and chairs, with outdoor seating for enjoying the sunshine most of the day. The living area is light, airy and spacious with smart TV with Netflix, Wi-Fi, work/dining space and breakfast bar. Guest access Guests can access the space directly around the perimeter of the property. Other things to note There is no local village shop. The nearest shop is 2 miles away in Lapworth and provides basic essentials and newspapers. There is also an off-license and post office. The nearest supermarket is either in Warwick or Solihull.
