Nestled on a tranquil and picturesque field, our family residence offers the perfect retreat.

Offering a delightful array of 3 bedrooms to choose from. Bedroom 1 is equipped with a luxurious kingsize bed and an additional toddler bed suitable for children up to 9 years old (subject to height, of course). A portable air conditioner ensures your comfort during warm nights in this room with fans in the other bedrooms. The second bedroom boasts a comfortable full-size double 4'6 bed and a single 3' bunk bed, while the third bedroom features a cozy single 3' bed.

The front room provides two large sofas and a 55" OLED TV with a surround sound bar, complete with streaming services like Netflix, Apple TV, and Amazon Prime for your entertainment pleasure (please log in using your own membership details).

The spacious open-plan dining area easily accommodates six guests, and two stools are available for extra seating.

A delightful conservatory doubles as a play area for children, housing various board games for endless hours for kids as well as adults.

For food enthusiasts, the kitchen is a culinary haven, boasting two ovens (electric and gas), a separate grill, and a 5-burner gas hob. Coffee aficionados will delight in the charming coffee corner, providing fresh coffee beans for your enjoyment. Start your day with the enticing aroma of freshly brewed coffee using our state-of-the-art bean grinder and coffee maker (coffee beans provided in welcome pack). Additionally, an air fryer is available for quick, healthy fried dishes.

The heart of our home lies in the garden, which I proudly consider my favourite part. Our fantastic south-facing garden is a true haven. Bask in the warmth and tranquility of the outdoors, perfect for relaxation or al fresco dining.

Revel in the serenity of this outdoor oasis as you sink into two comfy armchairs with footstools. Outdoor dining for 6 guests awaits, and two folding chairs offer extra seating options. Bask in the sun from around 8:00 am until around 6:30 pm, or seek shade under the 3m x 3m parasol on sunnier days.

Conveniently located just a 5-minute stroll from Hersham station, our Walton-on-Thames house provides easy access to London. Hop on a train, and in no time, you'll find yourself amidst the vibrant heart of the city.
