Welcome to a 1 bed, 1 bath studio in the heart of London.
Situated on the 4th floor (with a lift), the flat is in a fantastic central location and a five minute walk to Victoria which has fantastic transport links to areas both in and out of London (including the Gatwick Express). The flat is perfect for business trips, and city breaks being so close to great transport links, Buckingham Palace and many of London's major tourist attractions. Sleeps up to 2 guests. Essentials, linen, towels, TV & WiFi are provided.
The flat is well located for anyone wanting to explore central London with St James' Park Underground Station (Victoria Line), and Victoria Overground and Underground services only a 5 minute walk away!
Living & Eating
The living room has a table with two chairs and there is plenty of space after the bed has been folded up. If you need to turn on the heating there is an electric heater on the wall underneath the windows.
There is a double bed that folds up into the wardrobe. The bed will be unfolded when you arrive in the flat. If you need to fold up the bed, take off the pillows and duvet, put them in the cupboard and then lift up the bed. It's as simple as that! Linen is supplied.
The hot water comes on automatically and there is a shower and loo. Towels and bathroom essentials are provided, as is a hairdryer.
We will ensure there is someone at the flat on your arrival to welcome you, give you keys and help settle you in. We are always on hand to ensure your visit is as enjoyable as possible. (hidden) London wants you to have a fantastic stay, so encourage you to see the space as a home away from home - treating it as though it is yours! There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay:
- Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets
- No candles
- Dispose of rubbish appropriately
- Keep the property clean and tidy
- Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected
- Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building
- Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space
Ensure the heating is maintained at an appropriate temperature throughout the stay. If the heating is excessive, i.e. over £100 per month, you will be expected to cover this cost
*Once the booking is confirmed we will arrange a check-in time. If you arrive 2 hours after the agreed time you will be subject to a £20 late check-in fee.
**Check-in is between 3pm and 10pm. There will be an additional fee of £20 for check-ins between 10pm and 12am and £40 for check-ins past midnight. If you have any questions or queries regarding the above, please don't hesitate to get in touch as we're more than happy to help!
***Check-out is fixed at 10am due to our housekeepers needing access after this time but if you would like to leave your packed luggage in the property before your next transit, we will do our best to accommodate this (subject to availability.) This is a really popular property so we often have guests checking in on the same day as you depart but we may be able to accommodate a late checkout. Please check with us so that we can confirm this with you in advance. A late checkout until 3pm is charged at a rate of £35. Anytime after that you will be required to purchase an extra nights stay.
