I have a room available in Leith for short or long term, £300 per week. The room is cozy with a full bed, dresser and armoire. There is a shared living room and a fully stocked kitchen. The building is located in a great area at the foot of Leith Walk, a private parking lot is available for building residents with cars. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for an Hogmanay rental or a digital nomad looking to spend some time in Edinburgh.
The room is in a shared flat, but it will be empty for some time in January, so you could have the place to yourself for a bit. I am the permanent tenant, a 37 year old American and I have been living in Edinburgh for a few years.
