Other things to note - Standard check-in time is 4 pm onwards, and check-out time is before 10 am. - Please note that a fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys--please be careful with them. - No Parties will be tolerated - My property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed. The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies. We also provide single-use and individually wrapped items such as shampoo, conditioners, and soap. ® provides a hotel standard of service for short-let properties. The property is professionally maintained and cleaned. We guarantee professionally cleaned linens and toiletries. We also provide 24/7 guest support and local personal service before and during your stay. The local community-based team of ® personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met ®?s Property Readiness Standard. Additional rules - Parties are strictly prohibited - Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, if you are found smoking on my property you will be fined £100 - A charge of £20 per hour will be charged for each hour you check out after 10:00 Am unless agreed otherwise - If you lose keys or keyfob you will be charged £100 so please be careful with them -Please try to tidy up the best you can before departure. -If anything is found broken upon check-out you will pay for damages - Extra guests are not allowed - Respect for neighbors is highly appreciated.
