Apartment to share in Cankaya in a quiet neighborhood

I'm looking for a flatmate to share an apartment located in Cankaya, Ankara. There are some parks around and the neighbourhood is quiet. I am living alone and am mostly busy with my job. My flatmate is provided with a room of their own with living room, kitchen and bathroom shared.  Almost all facilities including unlimited high-speed internet are provided. I am an English teacher and I am at work everyday from 8 to 7 (though the classes might be online ). I would rather a cool and rather easy-going person who is cooperative and clean.
