Das Gebäude verfügt über einen Waschraum, dieser mit Waschmaschinen und Trocknern ausgestattet ist und ohne Kosten genutzt werden kann. Es gibt auch einen Fahrradabstellraum direkt im Gebäude sowie einen Supermarkt gegenüber.
Das Apartment ist gut an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel angebunden, mit den U-Bahnlinien U4 und U6 nur zwei kurze Gehminuten entfernt. Auch der Westbahnhof, ist gleich um das eck, zu Fuß brauchst du ca. 12 Minuten, mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln geht es noch schneller.
