We rent out our nice apartment in Gamlestaden. The apartment is centrally located and you have 5 minutes to the tram and one stop from the central station. In the vicinity there are forest areas with pleasant walking paths. As a resident, you have access to a shared sauna, laundry room and there are several barbecue areas as well as a shared yard with a playground and green area.
