We are a family run business with over 3 years, experience specialising in the disposal of Private and Commercial assets new and second hand articles on behalf of a vast range of clients approximately 1,500 including Private individuals, Sole Traders, Corporates, Bailiffs, Liquidators, & Government Bodies, throughout Europe, We have been based in Los Montesinos Auction room since 2014, with an average of 1500 sellers entering goods on a weekly basis and over 160 buyers every week attending our catalogued auctions, where we offer house and business contents, bankrupt stocks, cars bikes jewellery and collectables plus much more over 600 lots every week for Auction.
Tony Firth Auctions have a dedicated multi lingual, friendly professional team of staff who are committed to client and customer care, they are there to assist you in entering items for Auction, and on Auction day, Porters to help you collect your purchases, all our auctions are fully computerised and every lot is displayed on large screens around the room to ensure our buyers from many countries are bidding for the correct lot.

* Onsite Auction service, where we operate the Auction on clients premises.
Auctions held every Friday 15,00hrs - Viewing day Thursday and Friday 10.00 till 1500
Entries accepted Monday and Tuesday 10.00 till 15.00
TERMS & CONDITIONS
* Buyers need to register to obtain a bidding number. To get the list of items offered on the day of the auction, the buyer should pay 1€.
* All products remain at the warehouse, at the risk of the purchaser.
* All products to be paid for in cash on the day, unless otherwise arranged with management.
* Buyers commission is 10% plus IVA.
* Sellers commission is 15% plus IVA
* All products are sold with a 48 hour warranty.
* Products for sale can remain on our premises for a maximum of 3 weeks.
* Products to be paid for in cash on the same day of purchase, unless arranged with management.
* All reserve bids carry a 1€ admin charge.
* All items that are put in the auction, for a maximum of three times.
* TF Auction will retain a 15% commission, plus 21% Vat (IVA) payable on the commission only.
* TF Auctions, shall not be liable for theft or damage and all goods are left at owners risk, whilst in our warehouse, except those products, that have proof of purchase.
Warehouse rent is 950 per month.
