The space:

La Jabonería means a 'soap factory' in Spanish and we have called it that way because it used to be a soap factory in the past. It’s been fully renovated and adapted to create a perfect coliving space for digital nomads. The building has two floors and 11 private bedrooms in total. There is no elevator in the building, so you’ll need to use stairs to get to your room and common spaces. There are 7 double rooms and 4 single ones. You’ll have unlimited access to all the common spaces located on the floor where your room is. All of our rooms are equipped with the following items: comfortable double or single bed, wardrobe, desk with chair and lamp, air conditioning, towels, and bed linen. On every floor, there is a living room, kitchen, terrace, 3 bathrooms, and a laundry area that you'll be sharing with other co-livers.

The rent includes:
- Private bedroom with AC
- All the bills and taxes
- Unlimited use of common areas located on the same floor as your room: living room, kitchen, bathroom, terrace, and laundry area
- Parking for bicycles (inside the building)
- Fast Wifi in the room and common areas
- Coworking: 5 passes/month (if you are interested in a monthly membership, please contact us for more details)
- Cleaning: 2 per week/common areas and 1 per week/room
- Being part of our community (monthly events and activities agenda)
- Support Service 24/7: in case of emergency related to the accommodation

El espacio:

La Jabonería, nuestro nuevo espacio de coliving, lo hemos llamado de esta manera debido a que solía ser una fábrica de jabón en el pasado. El edificio ha sido totalmente renovado y adaptado para crear un espacio de coliving perfecto para nómadas digitales. El edificio tiene dos plantas y dispone de 11 dormitorios privados en total. No dispone del ascensor, así que para Hay 7 habitaciones dobles y 4 individuales. Tendrás acceso ilimitado a todos los espacios comunes ubicados en el piso donde se encuentre tu habitación. Todas nuestras habitaciones están equipadas con lo siguiente: cama doble o individual, armario, escritorio con silla y lámpara, aire acondicionado, toallas y ropa de cama. En cada piso hay una sala de estar, cocina, terraza, 3 baños y un área de lavado. Estos espacios son compartidos con otros colivers.

En el precio están incluidos:
- Alojamiento en dormitorio privado con aire acondicionado
- Todas los gastos e impuestos
- Uso ilimitado de áreas comunes de la planta en la cuál se encuentre tu habitación: salón-comedor, cocina, baño, terraza y área de lavado
